I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Everyone was is very welcoming. Its starts when you walk in the door until you walk out the door. Dr. Jill did an excellent job describing my hearing loss and what my options would be. She never pushed me into buying something that day. I was nervous thinking I had to purchase something the day of my visit. That was not the case.
